Another Month and another Honor flight coming into DCA. 120 Heroes on this one! Lets show our Heroes WE CARE !
****THIS JUST TURNED INTO A THREEFER!! TWO FLIGHTS COME IN AROUND THE SAME TIME.. DEPENDING ON HOW MANY BIKES WE HAVE WE WILL SPLIT UP THE GROUP FOR THE FIRST TWO FLIGHTS AND ALL RIDE TOGETHER FOR THE THIRD!!!!**** ALL STATES AND MC/RC'S WELCOME ! Primary Rally Point is in the Best Buy parking lot at the Potomac Yard Center

KSU: 0930DELAWARE IS SETTING UP A RALLY POINT AT THE CHESAPEAKE HOUSE I 95 S/B FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO COME , WE CAN ALL RIDE TOGETHER
RALLY TIME IS : 0600 KSU : 0620 THIS WILL TAKE APPROX. 2 HRS TO GET THERE
RALLY POINT : DOC WANTS US TO RALLY WITH HIM AT HIS RALLY POINT , NO PROB. DOC WILL DO

Doc,
This October 24, Honor Flight Tennessee Valley will resume it's Honor Flags ceremony during this trip. as they have done so for the last 7 trips – whereby the deceased WWII Veterans are honored and remembered at their Memorial.
This Flags Program will be part of a National Documentary Film.
A very special Tennessee Valley Honor Flight program.
Normally what they do is get all the veterans and guardians off the bus,
form a column of two, and have the "flag bearer" (normally a WWII
veteran) carry the flag off the bus, then make an announcement to everyone
like:
"Ladies and gentlemen. We are fortunate to be here today to recognize
the service and accomplishments of those who served, to make this
country what it is today. Sadly, there are many fallen heroes who could
not be with us today. This flag represents the hundreds of thousands of
WWII Veterans from Pennsylvania who could not be here today, to receive
the honor they so richly deserve. Carrying the flag today is
______________________. This flag represents the burial flag of _______, highly decorated WWII serviceman from_____(PA.)?
As our flag passes, we would ask for a moment of silence and remembrance
for all those who have sacrificed so much, for all of us."

Doc, You are doing an amazing job for these amazing Veterans. God Bless these Veterans for all they have done and the memories that they have had to live with, may we be able to provide them with an understanding that they are appreciated and will not be forgotten.

For those people who will not be on this mission, I just want to say that when I heard Doc was going to Germany I went and got him a little going away present. A few days later things changed and he is now able to stay in the states. Problem is, I already ordered his going away present. So if your not going to be there then you won't get to see Doc get his Gazinia. Stay tuned for pics after the mission.

No not a puppy,sorry. I will say that after Doc's girls get wind of this they will be all over him. Another hint-- it works best when you use a flashlight with it. Go for it Fungi.

I'm getting phone calls and death threats, mostly from the girls in the pictures I posted in this thread. Because of people pressure, heres the LAST hint. It has a trigger and if you look at it from the right angle it looks like a duck.

This has nothing to do with Honor Flight except to get people to go. This was something I bought for Doc when I heard he was going to deploy, that has changed leaving me with this gag gift for him. So I'm making the best of it and hope to get a good turnout from the curious minds out there.

Great "RIDE" yesterday Doc. It was an honor to meet the two planes filled with HEROES and to escort them to their monument. Doc, thanks for supplying the warm, mostly dry weather for us all. Not even the Park Police could dampen my spirit. Even made it home in time to make the the welcome home mission in Boyertown.
