The organizers of this event have asked us to escort a service man or woman to throw out the first pitch at this awesome event in Johnsburg.  If bringing 1 is good, then 2 would be better, and 4 would be best. We will be bringing out 4 local Heroes to the game.

USMC SGT Brian Lopez
USMC SGT Katelyn Lopez
Army National Guard Jerry Lopez
Army National Guard Jenna Maravillas

This mission is being combined with the Lopez/Lopez/Maravillas Welcome Home mission.

Staging: 3:30 Cary-Grove Community High School, 2208 3 Oaks Rd., Cary IL
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=.....04,0.019205&z=16

Ride Brief: 3:40

Departure: 3:50

We will be riding our 4 service men and women out on to the field on our bikes during the opening ceremony of the game.

All the information about our returning Heroes as well as the escort can be found on this thread.

This sounds like a very fun mission.   It will be fun to escort the Lopez couple to the game and stand a flagline on the field.

Count us in!

Dear American Hero,

You've bravely and proudly carried the burden of defending this country.  And for that there are no words to express our gratitude.  Because of you, this country remains the greatest nation on Earth

May God bless you, and may God bless America
