IGNORE THE FLAK, FLY THE MISSION

I want to update our regional and state coordinators ( Asc's too) in reguards to protocol as we continue to grow our coalition of like minded groups. All hands need to know that before the general mission briefing the WWR assigned RC  must find out what groups are present/ Get the RC's or various clubs/ groups leadership together, introduce one another, discuss the ride plan. Find out if there are any "ride" conflicts, resolve them among themselves, then as the offical mission briefing gets underway, thank all groups in attendance, introduce them, ( the leadership present), and include them in the briefing.
Additionally, they ( the SC's and Rc's) need to know that coalition groups including Vietnam Vets MC, Nam Knights MC, Mavericks MC ,2nd Brigade Mc ,Bullets MC,Camden County Hogs MC, Heros Welcome, yellow ribbon, GOE, ( add any I missed ) will be automatically getting weekly events plans, to make them aware of what we have going on and provide them a chance to attend. This invite is national and they may attend in any state. Respect is a two way street, you get what you give. We'll set the tone, and always put the mission first. Our ride partisipation should increase, the WWR name will continue to grow and the Heros that we ride for will be the reciepiant of a true Heros reception. After all thats what its about.    I appreciate your cooperation as we build a stronger better WWR, show our Heros what we think of them, and present a unified leadership core to OUR members. Thank you for your continued efforts in growing our organization, and support of our warriors. T
